Pebbleshire is a multi-family apartment complex. We have 144 units with 58 of them being subsidized.
This housing subsidy program is a government program designed to help tenants pay 30% of their total household income for rent. There is tenant selection and rejection criteria.
The wait list for our program is now

The wait list will reopen on:
Tuesday, October 7th - Wednesday, October 22nd. Pre-applications can be completed at our office located at 840 Cherry Valley Rd. Apt. 105, Vernon Hills, IL on
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10 - 1pm during the dates listed above.
The wait list will be closed on 10/23/25.
