Pebbleshire is a multi-family apartment complex. We have 144 units with 58 of them being subsidized.
This housing subsidy program is a government program designed to help tenants pay 30% of their total household income for rent. There is tenant selection and rejection criteria.
The wait list for our program is now
CLOSED for both the 1 and 2 br units.
The wait list was just opened in April 2024. You can contact me in the Summer 2025 to inquire when the wait list will be opened this year.
